Exhorted, Inspired, and Encouraged

I am determined in this season to show up for myself! How many times have you said that to yourself? I admit, I cannot count the times either. Nevertheless, here we are. I truly believe that the best investment that we can make is in ourselves. Overall, I am a better person when I show up for myself by way of prayer, reading my Bible or devotion, meditation, self-care, and exercise. I am then able to joyfully show up for my family, friends and lead others. Let’s journey together to be exhorted, encouraged, and inspired to show up for ourselves. Welcome to She Exhorts!
